Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our warehouse in Norman, Oklahoma. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
**Please note that some projects may require more time based on their complexity or volume. If additional time is needed, our dedicated team will promptly communicate with you and outline the revised timeline to manage your expectations effectively**
- Our in-store pickup hours are 9-6 on M-F. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@printandpartyco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Certain carriers may have restrictions when it comes to delivering to P.O. Boxes. We recommend carefully reviewing the shipping address you provide during the checkout process to ensure a smooth delivery experience. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the shipping of your order to a P.O. Box, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
