Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your orders! Here's our shipping policy to ensure you have all the information you need:

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Please note that this is the time it takes for us to prepare and dispatch your order.

**Please note that some projects may require more time based on their complexity or volume. If additional time is needed, our dedicated team will promptly communicate with you and outline the revised timeline to manage your expectations effectively**

Shipping Notifications:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a separate email with tracking information.
  • For multiple items, you may receive separate shipments based on availability.

Potential Delays:

  • In some instances, delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We appreciate your understanding if there are occasional delays beyond our control, such as postal service problems or external factors affecting the shipping process.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
  • Ensure that the shipping address is accurate and secure for delivery.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • LARGE FOAM BACKDROPS IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP 


In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our warehouse in Norman, Oklahoma. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

  • Our in-store pickup hours are 9-6 on M-F. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  • If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@printandpartyco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Certain carriers may have restrictions when it comes to delivering to P.O. Boxes. We recommend carefully reviewing the shipping address you provide during the checkout process to ensure a smooth delivery experience. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the shipping of your order to a P.O. Box, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
