Due to the personalized and custom nature of our items, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.
Cancellation Policy:
As our products are made to order, cancellations can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be possible as production processes may have commenced.
