What file types do you accept?
We accept high-resolution, print-ready PDFs, Adobe Illustrator files, and vector-based artwork. Files should be set to actual print size with fonts outlined and any important details inside the safe zone.
Do you offer custom shapes or cuts?
Yes! We offer laser cutting for custom shapes, rounded corners, and specialty cuts. Just include your cut lines in your file setup.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! We’re located in Norman, OK, and offer free local pickup or local delivery options. Avoiding shipping costs is a big win—especially for large signage.
What’s your turnaround time?
Most print-ready orders are completed within 3–5 business days. Rush options may be available depending on production capacity.
Can you help me prep my file?
Yes—we work with designers and DIY clients alike. If you need help setting up your file for print, we’re happy to guide you or offer file prep services for an additional fee.
